At the PCS Board of Education Meeting, the Person High School Basketball Team and Wrestling Team were recognized for their outstanding seasons. Basketball: 22-2 Regular Season Record, Central 3A Conference Champions, Central 3A Conference Tournament Champions, and 4th Round State Playoffs. PCS Virtual Academy is a free, public school that is part of the Person County Schools system and follows the traditional school calendar. Any student in grades 5-11 who currently resides in Person County is eligible to apply for the upcoming school year. This application will provide you with an overview of expectations and commitments in addition to providing us with information about your child. 2025-2026 enrollment is now open until March 14, 2025 . Due to some snow covered rural roads that are traveled by buses, there will be no school for students on Friday, February 21st. Staff will report on a two-hour delay. PCC will operate on a two-hour delay and students should check their messages regarding the status of their college courses. Stay safe and have a great weekend.
