Woodland Elementary School

Kindness Club is a student organization which seeks K-5 students to assist in building a culture of empathy as they engage in anti-bullying practices throughout our school. Students in this organization will participate in service projects in efforts to promote kindness throughout the school and larger community.

Battle of the Books is an organization which promotes reading through friendly competition at the school level, and district level. Books are chosen by the Battle of the Books committee at the district level, and students are required to read these books throughout the year. Battle of the Books always participates in a field trip connected to the novel of study.
