School Improvement Plan Goals

Vision: North Elementary School is committed to helping students believe, achieve, and SOAR.  

Mission: North Elementary School's mission is to provide a safe and supportive environment in order to impact the lives of every student, every day by providing an education that inspires growth and promotes success.

GOALS

1. All students will meet or exceed growth in Reading and Math on the state End of Grade Assessments.

2. Engage parents and families in the decision making process and host bi-monthly 5 parent engagement initiatives.

3. Reduce the number of student discipline infractions by 15%.

4. Increase student achievement to 50% proficiency for End of Grade 3-5 Reading, 3-5 Math, and 5th Grade Science.
