Parental involvement and education is crucial when it comes to preventing substance use among our youth. Person County Schools invites you to an experience that will help you protect our youth. A panel of individuals from our school system and our community will be present to answer any questions you might have about current substance abuse trends in our community or provide any resources you may need. Due to some snow covered rural roads that are traveled by buses, there will be no school for students on Friday, February 21st. Staff will report on a two-hour delay. Due to potential continued hazardous road conditions in rural areas, there will be no school for students tomorrow, Thursday, January 23rd. PCS will operate with a Required Teacher Workday for staff beginning at 10:30 am. Please stay safe and warm.
