The Person County Board of Education will hold a Special Called Meeting on Thursday, August 27, at 5:30 p.m. The meeting will be held in the Boardroom located at 304 South Morgan Street, Roxboro, NC 27573.
The purpose of the meeting is for the Board to enter into Closed Session pursuant to N.C. General Statute pursuant to G.S. 143-318.11(a) (1), (3), and (6), and G.S. 115C-319, -321 to consult with the Board’s attorney, preserve the attorney-client privilege, and consider confidential personnel information. The Board will also hold an open session to consider personnel recommendations and a contract with ESS Southeast.
