PCS teachers are receiving $16,291.75 in grants from the Bright Ideas education grant program! Those being awarded the grants from the Piedmont Electric Cooperative are:
Jackie Priestaf for Interactive Read Alouds at North Elementary School
Shelly Nance for Music unites people! Help music be a messenger. at Northern Middle School
Kim Solomon for Help us get "FIRED UP!" at Oak Lane Elementary School
David A Jones for If they build it, they will get it. at Person High School
Elizabeth Sinnott for 5th Grade Creation Stations (MakerSpace) at South Elementary School
Kristin Hernandez for Art & Agriculture Outdoor classroom at South Elementary School
Stephanie Hopper for Interactive Zoo Adventure at South Elementary School
Kara Morgan for Chicken Club at South Elementary School
Richard "Coach" Hughes for The Adventures of Captain Laker and the Hula Huts from the 3rd Dimension at Woodland Elementary School
