    Email

We encourage you to take advantage of emailing your child’s teacher to inquire about assignments, communicate concerns, ask questions, etc.  Using the chart above, simply click on the teacher’s name and you will automatically be rerouted to send an email to them. The teacher should respond to you within 24 hours excluding weekends.

    Phone

You are able to contact your child teachers via phone by calling 336-599-8321 and entering the extension listed in the resource chart above.  While it is unlikely that our teachers may answer, we ask that you leave a voicemail. Your voicemail will be automatically emailed to our teachers and they will respond to you within twenty-fours.

    Remind

Students and parents may connect with teachers through Remind. The Remind app can be accessed through email or text. If you do not have a Remind account, create it online at Remind.com. The following link offers instructions on joining a Remind class: Join a Class. Teacher Remind codes are included in the PHS Distance Learning Course Information document.

    Learning Platform

Google Classroom:  All PHS classes will now be taught using Google Classroom (this excludes PCC, credit recovery, and NCSSM, and NCVPS courses). You may have already received an invitation to Google Classroom from your teacher. If not, you can go to Google Classroom, click the + in the top right corner then select, Join Class. From there you can input the Class Code. The Class Code can be found in the PHS Distance Learning Course Information document as well. Once connected to your Google Classroom you can see announcements from your teacher through the Stream. In the Classwork Tab, you will find the assignments your teacher is posting each week.
