Person County Schools Flexible Benefit Plan is administered through Pierce Group Benefits. The Flexible Benefit Plan consists of several insurance products offered to employees on a pre-taxed basis, which means that your premium is deducted from your pay before taxes are withheld, reducing your taxable income.
All permanent employees working 20 or more hours per week are eligible to participate in the Flexible Benefit Plan.
